We are closed between 12-1 PM daily for lunch.

Insurance:
Most major insurance plans are accepted. To help prevent any billing issues, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm that Modern Dermatology is an in-network provider under your specific plan. Please note that within each insurance company, there may be certain plans we do not participate in.
We are contracted with the following insurance carriers:

Payment:
Please note that co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles are due at the time of service. Payments can be made by check, cash, or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure timely access for all patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- A $50 fee will apply for missed or short-notice cancellations of office visits.
- A $150 fee will apply for missed or short-notice cancellations of surgical or cosmetic procedures.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Prescription Refills
For routine refills, please contact your pharmacy first. If you are out of refills or need an urgent refill, message us through the patient portal or call and leave a message. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Patients on oral or injectable medications must be seen every 6 months; patients on topical medications must be seen every 12 months. If you are due for a visit, please schedule an appointment before refills can be provided.
